The challenge
BSI's corporate website couldn't handle short-term, timely content, and a full relaunch was still on the horizon. The company needed to publish news fast, then reinvent its entire web presence to match a brand built on winning customers' hearts.
BSI.live, agile realization par excellence
BSI needed to publish news independently of its aging website. From product concept to go-live we shipped the BSI.live news platform in just ten days, pairing a custom frontend with a modified WordPress instance and a social media scraper.
Relaunch with a headless CMS
For the main website relaunch we chose a headless setup with Wagtail and Next.js, placing the BSI Customer Suite at the heart of an expressive frontend. Prerendering, a Redis cache, and NGINX on AWS deliver extremely fast load times.
From manual surveys to Be Involved
To close the feedback loop we built Be Involved, a digital idea board with social-media flair where clients post, like, and comment on suggestions, giving BSI's service team a single channel to respond efficiently.

From product concept to a live news platform in ten days, so BSI could learn from a real product in the market as early as possible.

Icons, illustrations, auras, and animations carry BSI's values, with a cube on the homepage guiding users through the different products.

A headless Wagtail backend paired with a Next.js frontend, prerendered and Redis-cached on AWS for extremely fast loading.

A social idea board
Be Involved lets customers post, like, and comment on feedback, giving BSI's service team one place to respond.
Result
We shipped BSI.live in ten days, then relaunched the main site on a headless Wagtail and Next.js stack, prerendered, Redis-cached, and served via NGINX on AWS. Finally, the Be Involved idea board turned customer feedback into an ongoing, social conversation.
