The FC Basel Business Club brings companies together at St. Jakob-Park, hospitality, lounges and networking around matchday. mindnow built the digital platform behind it: a member portal, a landing page and an admin dashboard, all on a multi-tenant club-management solution that already powers several clubs.

A business club runs on personal relationships, yet the administration behind it is complex: member companies and their contacts, lounge and hospitality bookings for matchday, events, partner clubs, monthly billing. Much of it lived in siloed tools, spreadsheets and email. FC Basel wanted to make this exclusive circle digital without losing the personal touch. And mindnow was to deliver it not as a one-off, but on a platform that also carries other clubs.

The foundation is multi-tenant by design: a client like FC Basel is a configuration and a theme, not its own fork. Colours (FCB red #E2001A, navy), typeface (the club's own 1893 font), domain and content all come per club from config. Today several clubs share the same codebase, each with its own identity.

For members, we built a portal on Next.js: manage profile and company data (with an approval workflow via the membership team), discover partner clubs, book hospitality and lounge offers for matchday, access documents and events in one place.
Exclusive in feel, effortless to use.

The club team runs everything from a React dashboard: manage member companies and people, reservations and a booking calendar, events, reports with CSV export, communications and notifications, multilingual, with roles and permissions.

Underneath runs a Django backend with PostgreSQL: modules for members and companies, reservations, events, POS, marketplace, documents and communications. Celery handles recurring jobs like billing and notifications, Google Cloud Storage holds the assets.
A GraphQL API serves both the portal and the dashboard from a single data model.

Built as a platform, not a one-off: new clubs join as configuration, not as a code copy.
FCB red and navy, the 1893 club typeface, St. Jakob-Park, hospitality and lounge logic, the club's identity lives in the details.
Portal and dashboard share one GraphQL backend and one data model, what a member books, the club team sees at once.
Docker, Celery jobs and cloud storage keep the platform maintainable and scalable, ready for the season, matchday and growth.
Today the FC Basel Business Club runs on a multi-tenant platform that mindnow built and continues to evolve, member portal, landing page and admin dashboard on a shared Django backend. What began as a club-management solution now carries several clubs. FC Basel being the newest and most visible.
