HAUTE is an exclusive members' club high above Zürich's rooftops, a panoramic restaurant and bar on the 13th and 14th floors. mindnow brings the club experience into the digital world: member management, reservations, events, billing and access to a global club network, on the same multi-tenant platform that also powers the FC Basel Business Club, but in HAUTE's own world of black and gold.

The challenge.
A club that has been exclusive for over 20 years, with panoramic fine dining, needs digital tools that match its standard: effortless reservations, discreet member and billing processes, events and access to the international partner-club network, without losing the personal, understated touch of a private members' club.
One platform, many worlds
The club-management platform is multi-tenant: Club zum Rennweg, the FC Basel Business Club and HAUTE all run on the same codebase. A client slug switches theme, branding, address and active modules. HAUTE appears throughout in its black-and-gold identity, not as a fork but as its own world on a shared foundation.
Reserving, the club way
Table and bar reservations for the panoramic restaurant run digitally yet stay personal, the seamless path from member to a reserved seat above Zürich's rooftops, including events and special occasions.
Membership, discreetly managed
Member accounts, balances and monthly billing run cleanly in the background, traceable and understated, as a private members' club demands.
A global network
HAUTE members are part of an international network of clubs, from Dubai to London to Melbourne. The platform makes these partner-club accesses visible and usable, making membership the key to these partner clubs.

Result
HAUTE runs on the same proven foundation as the FC Basel Business Club and Club zum Rennweg, but in its own world of black and gold. One codebase, three clubs, each with its own identity: a bespoke build becomes a repeatable product.
